Booty Boot Camps are designed to get your rears in gear, ladies! Join us for fast-paced circuit, core, and
strength & conditioning workouts, focusing on the area you are most concerned about-your booty.

High Octane Training's Booty Boot Camps are comprehensive programs designed for busy women looking to reshape their physiques and improve their overall fitness levels and quality of lives by implementing a customized nutrition program for your lifestyle, strength training, cardiovascular training, and proper rest and recovery. Booty Boot Camps aim to not only change your physique, but to also develop a positive body image, improve your self-esteem, establish accountability, build a support system, and forge new friendships.

Forget everything you think you know about boot camps! A boot camp without running? It can't be! But it IS! No running (OK, I'll be honest, sometimes we may practice sprint drills), no drill sergeant, no whistle, and no harsh environment here!

Come experience the difference in a fun, positive, and motivating group atmosphere with Karin DeLuca. Boot Camps are 60 minutes of total body training designed to help you lose body-fat, build muscle, and reshape your body. Build your self-confidence, boost your self-esteem, and improve your fitness. Set goals, track your progress, share recipes, and learn helpful tips to manage your busy, fit, and healthy lifestyle. Maximize your results in minimal time with your commitment and consistency.

All levels from beginners to advanced are welcome; boot camp exercises are modified for each individual participant. Every class is different and includes a warm-up, cool-down, and variety of the following: strength training, circuit training, cardiovascular training, core/functional training, agility drills, plyometrics, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, and SO MUCH MORE!

Measurements and pictures must be taken prior to the first class session.
