Personal Training

*The following rates are for:

  • In-Home Training Clients (in my home)
  • Remote Training Clients (via Zoom or Facetime)

Single Sessions/Drop in Rates
$65-One (1) 60 min session
$55-One (1) 45 min session
$35-One (1) 30 min session


60 Minutes/session Packages

Discounted Package Rates (Paid in Full)

All Sessions must be used within three (3) months from purchase date.

$600.00 for Ten (10) 60 min sessions ($60/hour)

  • Clients must train 2 or more times/week
  • This rate is only for personal training sessions only and does not include a meal plan, workout program, or in app access to workouts, etc.

45 Minutes/session Packages

Discounted Package Rates (Paid in Full)

All Sessions must be used within three (3) months from purchase date$500.00 for Ten (10) 45 min sessions ($50/session)

Small Group Training

*Rates are for the following:

In-Home Training Clients (in my home)

$40/hour per person, per session (2 people); Pay as you go rate.

$35/hour per person, per session (3-4 people); Pay as you go rate.

  • Theses rates are for personal training sessions only and do not include a meal plan, workout program, or in app access to workouts, etc.


4 Week Nutrition & Personal Training/Online Training Combo

$1,000.00-Paid In Full, in advance

**Includes the following:

  • 1 month of Personal Training=12 Personal Training Sessions
  • 1 Month Personalized Nutrition Plan -updated weekly as needed with check-ins
  • 1 Month Custom Training Program -includes training sessions with me and workouts to do on your own
  • 1 Month Cardio Program -updated weekly, as needed, with check-ins
  • Supplement Recommendations
  • Email/text correspondence for any questions/concerns, in-app access to training calendar, workouts, exercise videos, meal plan, progress tracking, messaging, weekly check-ins, and much more.


*Please note the following*

  • Package must be prepaid before program is designed.
  • Client must complete Client Forms as well as an online consultation form prior to the start of the program.
  • Client is required to set up a free account in my training app.
  • Program begins 1 day after client receives program.
  • Program is for 4 weeks (28 days) and the 28 days are consecutive.
  • Strength Training program does not change within the 4 weeks
  • Nutrition Plan may change weekly based on client check-ins and biofeedback
  • Weekly check-ins are required; failure to check in will result in no or late updates to the meal plan for the following week.
  • All Personal Training Sessions must be scheduled in advance and must take place in my home gym or via zoom/Facetime
  • No cancellations. No Refunds.

4 week online nutrition program: $200.00

4 week online training program: $250.00
4 week online training program with nutrition: $400.00


8 week online nutrition program: $175

8 week online training program: $450.00
8 week online training program with nutrition: $700.00


*Clients may add on Personal Training Sessions to online training and/or nutrition programs at a discounted rate of $55/session pay as you go rate.


Georgetown Recreation Center

Rates vary from and are separate from training at other locations and are determined by the City of Georgetown. Payments are made through the front desk at the Georgetown Rec Center. You do not need to have a membership for personal training or small group training.

Group Fitness Classes

I teach a variety of free and fee-based FITNESS classes exclusively at the Georgetown Rec Center. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, I am only teaching a limited number of classes until we return to the fall.
