Discounted Package Rates (Paid in Full)

All Sessions must be used within three (3) months from purchase date.
$500.00 for Ten (10) 60 min sessions ($50/hour)

$900.00 for Twenty (20) 60 min sessions ($45/hour)


45 Minutes/session Packages

Discounted Package Rates (Paid in Full)

All Sessions must be used within three (3) months from purchase date.

$160.00 for Four (4) 45 min sessions
$280.00 for Eight (8) 45 min sessions

$35/hour per person, per session (2 people)

4 Week Nutrition & Training Combo

-1 Month Personalized Nutrition Plan (updated weekly)
-1 Month Custom Training Program
-1 Month Guided Cardio Program (updated weekly)

All Personal Training Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Georgetown Recreation Center

Rates vary from and are separate from training at other locations and are determined by the City of Georgetown. Payments are made through the front desk at the Georgetown Rec Center. You do not need to have a membership for personal training or small group training.

Five (30min) Sessions: $125 Resident/$175 Nonresident
One (60min) Session: $40 Resident/$50 Nonresident
Five (60min) Sessions: $175 Resident/$225 Nonresident
Ten (60min) Sessions: $340 Resident/$450 Nonresident


Pairs Training (2 people)

Five (60min) Sessions: $150/person Resident/$175/person Nonresident

*Five (30min) Sessions: $125 each Resident/$175 each Nonresident

*This is not an advertised package, but two people may each separately purchase a Five Pack of 30 min sessions and train together.


Small Group Training (3-4 People)

Five (60min) Sessions: $125/person Resident/$150/person Nonresident

I teach a variety of free and fee-based FITNESS classes exclusively at the Georgetown Rec Center. Please see below for my current classes.


Tuesdays

8-8:45am-Cardio/Core-in upstairs aerobics room
*Free for members or $5 for a day pass


Wednesdays

8:50-9:50am-Hatha Yoga-in upstairs aerobics room

*Fee based-2 yellow tickets


Thursdays

8-8:45am-Cardio/Core-in upstairs aerobics room

*Free for members or $5 for a day pass


Fridays

9:15-10:15am-Circuit Training-in upstairs aerobics room

*Fee based-1 yellow ticket


Sundays (rotating every other week)-in the upstairs loft

*Free for members or $5 for a day pass
